As a psychotherapist,  I strive to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment to guide you through personal challenges and life stressors. In today's world it is increasingly important we care for our mental health. Psychotherapy can help you to cope with, and identify specific feelings and symptoms, as well as work towards a goal to change negative thought patterns and behaviors. I hope you will allow me to assist and guide you through your own therapeutic process. 

I received my Master’s of Education in Clinical Mental Health from Winthrop University. In addition to practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I hold accreditation as a National Certified Counselor and am Board Certified for Telemental Health. I am also a member of the American Counseling Association.  I enjoy utilizing many treatment methods while working with both adults and couples, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Jungian theory, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief, and Family Systems Therapy.
